Service Description

Caption to Image is a free online tool that allows you to add captions and text to images. All image processing is performed entirely within your web browser. No images are uploaded to or stored on our servers. The service is provided at no cost and requires no registration.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you create using our tool. You agree not to use Caption to Image to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You must have the right to use any images you upload to the tool.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you process using Caption to Image. We do not claim any ownership or license over your images or the resulting output. The images never leave your device, so you maintain complete control over your content at all times.

Caption to Image is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Caption to Image and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of Caption to Image after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
